Delivery & Refund Terms

1. Nature of the service

We provide software development, website builds, advertising management, SEO & GEO consulting, AI consulting, chatbot deployment, sustainability and annual reporting, and recurring website/mobile app maintenance. We do not sell hosting, servers or domains; you obtain those from your own hosting provider and, on request, we handle their setup and management as part of a maintenance service. All services are performed digitally; no shipping or physical delivery is involved.

2. Order and payment flow

• Scope, price and timeline are first agreed in a written quote.
• Payment is made by credit/debit card through iyzico (with 3D Secure) or by bank transfer.
• Once payment is confirmed the order is recorded and you are notified by email.
• The invoice is emailed within the business days following payment.

3. Delivery and performance times

• For project-based services, performance starts according to the schedule stated in the quote; the start date is the date payment and your inputs (content, brand files, access credentials) are complete.
• Recurring services such as maintenance, SEO & GEO and advertising management start within one business day of payment confirmation.
• For subscriptions and maintenance, performance is continuous throughout the paid period.
• As required by law, performance is planned not to exceed 30 days from the order; if it must, you are informed in writing in advance.

4. Renewal and cancellation of recurring services

• For monthly subscription plans the fee is charged automatically to your saved card through iyzico on the same day each month; plan scopes and prices are published on the Subscription Plans page.
• Renewal dates are visible in your client panel and a reminder is emailed before each renewal.
• To stop a renewal, written notice at least 7 days before the renewal date is sufficient.
• Amounts paid for a period already started are non-refundable for items prepaid to third-party providers (licences, themes/plugins, API quotas).
• On cancellation, access credentials and a data backup are handed over upon request.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with your consent, or for services performed instantaneously in electronic form.

• For project and consulting services where you approved the start of performance, the right lapses for the portion already performed.
• It cannot be exercised for instantaneously performed items or amounts prepaid on your behalf to third parties, such as licences, themes/plugins and digital file delivery.
• For services not yet started you may withdraw within 14 days; the amount is refunded within 14 days.

6. Refunds and partial refunds

• For project services already under way, the completed share of work is deducted and the remainder refunded.
• If the service cannot be delivered at all for reasons attributable to us, the full amount is refunded.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
• For card payments, the credit may take 2-3 weeks to appear on your statement depending on your bank; this period is at the bank's discretion.
• For bank transfers the refund is made to the IBAN you provide.

7. How to request a refund

Email your refund or cancellation request to info@crabdigital.com.tr, stating your name / company, invoice or order number, payment date and the reason. Requests are reviewed and answered in writing within 3 business days.
